UFOAirMail, I just happen to have purchased my first German booklet pane two weeks ago. It is Scott# 141B and it contains the stamps you are inquiring about.

€3 for the pair as you posted. For some combination prints in that time period, a used pair is often about 15 times as valuable as a mint pair and can even be as high as about 50 times the value. Thus, any cancellation needs a lot of scrutiny, both for whether or not it's genuine and also for whether or not it's in the correct usage period.
