Thought I'd show this before toddling off to bed.
Just found this First Day Cover sent out by a Winnipeg Radio Staion CKY Radio 58 commemorating the issue of Canada's new flag stamp (the flag was new too) in 1965.



Enclosed is a letter from the station's General Manager introducing the stamp an flag.
A combination advertising and first day cover. Win/Win.

Thanks wt1, that's pretty neat to see the same cover there. I'm really beginning to appreciate that postal history site.
Here's another for the same stamp from this collection. Also shown on the postal history corner, I thinks it's a more official cover.
