Think the year of issue is 1887-1892. Could anyone tell me about the perfins and also the perfs on the left has been cut off or was issued such. Thanks for all inputs and feed backs.

Good morning Selva
Can't help with the perfin information, sorry, but the perfs to the right are definitely trimmed, the stamp would not have been issued like that.

1887 2d green and red S.G. 200 with Gresham House (Branch Office London E.C.) postmark. Trimmed perfs at right hand side and also cut into the same side.
Perfin stamp seems to read "H & Co. 2.C.Sq" which may indicate the company name and a possible address.

The perfin is of Hardyman & Co., 2 Crosby Square, London. ( per The Tomkins Catalogue of Identified G.B. Perfins)
