Italy Excellencies of Knowledge March 21, 2015 Vittorio Emanuele III National Library in Naples is established at the end of the 18th century. It was opened to the public in 1804 and became the Reale Biblioteca Borbonica in 1816. In quantitative terms it is the third largest library in Italy.  |
