Do Typography Printed Stamps Show Offsets On Back?

I've never noticed ink on the back of typography printed stamps. I found one today and thought it was odd. Typography is printed by relief. I would think that one might see ink transfer on the back. Anyone have a thought about it?

Here is the image of the back of the stamp. You can see the faint image along the top of the image(side of the stamp).
