Have posted this earlier without the reverse side. Notice the reverse side,this card was sent by S.C.Scott from Calmar,Iowa who is with the Philatelic society of Canada, Thought it may be of interest to some. Thanks.

Interesting postal card. While looking at it, I can't help but think that the PM, clerk, employee - whatever, was making a statement by blacking out the faces on both the card and stamp itself.
