A much better scan is needed as it can be 401 or 409/10 or 416. We would also need exact measurements of the stamp in mm. From this poor scan it does seem to be the re-engraved issue SG 451

width is just under 39mm height just under 23mm measurements from the outside lines if it helps,

according to the site you listed it will be bradbury printing 1918 sg 214 rose red? thanks

plus I can rule out 451 because of the lack of diagonal lines around the portrait?
