The two stamps on the left unable to find in scott standard 2008,not sure am looking at the right pages or not. The first stamp NZ located the stamp but unable to find details regarding o/p war stamp. Any help or inputs appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Selva,

The New Zealand stamp looks to be a War Tax Stamp Scott # MR1.
Issued Sept 24, 1915. It is Scott # 144 overprinted in Black.
My 2003 Scott Catalog shows only one War Tax Stamp. (The one you have)
2003 catalog value $.50 for unused, $.20 for used.

For the 2nd stamp you need to check for Chad in your Scott index.
It is SG19(1924), originally a stamp of Middle Congo, colours changed, overprinted TCHAD, and further overprinted Afrique Equatoriale Francaise.
