Attached are two copies from Grandma's collection. The right one appears to be the correct color for Scott's RA3 (Portugal 1c Carmine overprinted). There is a note that a 2c version exists that was used for telegrams only. The 2c was a plum color. So my question is are both of these considered the 1c carmine? If not, what is the stamp on the left? (Notice that there are also possible overinking and other issues with the left stamp, while the right one has possible overinking on the overprint.)
