I Have a stack of documents that came in a box lot. I really don't know what they are. The paper is large and rough. It appears almost homemade. I am guessing the script East Indian. The "stamps" are simple designs glued on the documents. They are all too large for my scanner, so I have scanned a section of two of the whatever they ares.

The second scan has a large red circular image that is not glued on. It's image is directly on the paper. I tried to do an enhanced image to show the paper quality but I could not upload it as the file size is too large.

No: first scan is quite OK. The second scan should be rotated 90 degrees to the right.

You have some nice examples of Kishangarh State revenue stamps, used on court documents. The yellow ones are (from memory - can't read the inscriptions) 4 Annas, the pink are 2 Annas, and the blue is 1 Anna. The large red seal is a 2 Annas.

They usually date from the years around 1900, and can be highly specialised. There were numbers of printings, with different shades. I have a few myself I picked up for fun:

There is a really tiny number of specialists who are interested in them. The complete documents (foolscap sized) tend to sell for a few dollars each - when you can find a buyer.
