I would guess this is a Scott 41, Scott 37 looks similar but I don't have good knowledge of paper to even have an idea whether this could be engraved wove paper. If someone could help me identify this I would greatly appreciate it. I could also use some advise on how to become educated on paper types as well :)

Looks to be an oxidized 41 - 37 should have guide dot lower left (1 of a few points) and perfs can also be helpful. I can almost bet a 1-2minute soak in peroxide will yield a bright vermillion 41. Discussed at great lengths here https://goscf.com/t/22248&SearchTer...small,queen,
