The "traditional trades" definitives 1999 to 2007.
All are the Canadian Bank Note printer issue.
Shown are the 1c, 2c, 4c, 5c and 10c.
The lights are definitely larger in diameter on the 4c issue.
Have 3 sheets of 4c CBN and they all are the same.
Have 3 sheets of the 4c printed by APC Ltd. and the traffic lights are normal in size. Can anybody confirm this?

For some reason, ALL of the 4c Oyster Farming panes printed by Canadian Bank Note Company had larger "traffic lights" in the inscriptions compared to the other Traditional Trade low-value definitives.

An interesting item to point out in this series of eight stamps.
