I can't seem to identify these two in my album catalog. Two Bolivian overprints from 1948 it would appear. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried to google search some but I am not seeing them.

The top stamp is C192 and the bottom stamp is C187. The original set (Scott #C140-C149) was issued March 1, 1951 to commemorate the founding of the city of La Paz. After currency re-valuation, the set was overprinted with new value in 1957 (Scott #C187-C196).
