Have a set of 5 airmails with plants/ flowers from nagaland and don't see it anywhere is scotts.
Also have a few from Buriatia not in cat.

Nagaland is a state in India, Nitrolures.

Referred to as Assam and Nagaland.

Nagaland is in India on the Burma/Myramar border. Issues are local in nature and are attributed to a seperatist group.

Nitolures: Sounds like you have some of the 1970's issues that are usually deemed to be cinderella's or illegals. They look like they came from the same printers of the stamps from such places as State of Oman, Staffa, Iso, Holywood and the like. There's a good chance the Buryatia stamps are illegals as well especially if they look like modern CTOs.

Theres actually a few afghan ones that say illegal issues on the glassine that were with these. I can scan them if anyone wants to view but I've gone scanner blind last few days.
