I only have a 2011 catalog if that is any help. SG 126-130 - 1930 Seal set - mint - 70 pounds; SG 131-132 - colour changes of the 2/ and 3/ stamps - 54 pounds. There are several listed re-issues/shade varieties of the latter two stamps, most of which were issued during the war years and, with one exception, are of lesser value. 1942 re-issue of the 2/ (described as slate purple and indigo) lists at 90 pounds.
The 1942 overprints (SG 162-175) - mint - 70 pounds. Again, there are many varieties including some printing flaws which are very valuable. |

Stallzer, I take it you mean the 1930 set, SG 126-130. 2013 cat. value is £70 MH.
The Landfall set is £80 for the basic set, though of course there are more 'a' numbers in the set than you could poke a stick at. (The 8d 'COIUMBUS' is listed at £12,000 mint ...) |

A plate number? On one stamp of the set? I'd think it would detract from saleability, rather than the reverse. If you had plate number singles of the whole set, that would be an entirely different matter. That wouldd make the set much more desirable. |
