OK, here goes:
1 - not a stamp (there are Tabor's in Czechoslovakia, Slovenia, and Poland)
2 - Belgium
3,4 - Thailand
5 - Dahomey, within French West Africa
6 - French Sudan
7&8 - Sweden
9 - Netherlands
10 - Switzerland
11,12,13 - Belgium

Now is this good SERVICE or what??

The guy in the statue is Jan Zizka, a "Hussite" leader (in Tabor, Czechoslovakia). Here's a picture taken from a different angle, but clearly the same place (statue at bottom margin).

Any idea why Belgium Stamp #11 seems to have a cancellation that is dated 1837? A little early for that issue, no?

Must be a weakly-struck 1887, which would be appropriate for that issue.

This is the Czech one; it shows a statue of the Hussite leader Jan Zizka.
