some will relate to this...i won a 1930 Argentina airmail cover on ebay on Feb 22..the seller mailed it from an APO address in Ireland on Feb 23..after about 10 days I was getting anxious..its only 4.50 or so laid out for it...but I really wanted that early airmail...i know how bad a seller feels when an item does not show up..i did not blame the seller..anything can happen to a letter..i sometimes have to deliver mail that the postman drops in my mailbox by mistake..Well today March 11 the cover showed up..all is well in the world !

Yaaay! In stark contrast Phil, I just had a piece show up from New Zealand and it only took about 5 days! I was blown away because it takes longer than that to get a letter from Ohio these days (& I only live in Pa. too!) That's a really handsome Airmail cover you got there Phil! Glad it all worked out for you.

BeeSee I think it was sent in a military mail bag to New York..the seller thought it should have arrived in a few days...after 19 or 20 days I was praying to St. Anthony..it was great to see it today !

Philby I think it was your cover that caused me to bid on the nice Canal Zone stamps just listed by Kosmet. I may have to charge you for half!
