Going through some Post Cards I found this was Canada Scott 1178c Perf 13.1

Unitrade states these were issued sometime in November 1989 and if the November 2, 1989 postmark is correct then its pretty early usage.

This 76c definitive (international up to 30g rate) was first issued in January 18 1989 on Harrison paper Perf 14.4x13.8, reissued on Slater paper on August 25, 1989 Perf 14.4x13.8 and finally Slater paper Perf 13.1 in November 1989.

As of January 1, 1990 new 78c international rates came in effect.

Since they were only around for a couple of months I wonder how many
postmarked in period proper usage entires are still out there.

Anyone here have any?

I'm sure lorddenning has some.
