The search words are just so important for buyers to find your ebay listing by your title description.

Personalised Stamp have not been getting many visits but a lot sell even with very low visit numbers.

Changed the word piture to semi imperf. It has taken me a long time to make this change and I am doing this simple change to see what buyer traffic comes to the 47 same type of listings.

Any thoughts very welcome!

Now I am wondering if I should change the 6 out of 47 high denominations to "High Value" which I know are good search words.

It would be nice to leave semi imperf and have high value as well.

So now the title description has changed to:

2011 Australia KO2 $2.35 Koala Personalised Semi Imperf Fungi High Value Used

The original title:

2011 Australia KO2 $2.35 Koala Personalised Picture Orange Fungi Used

There were 10 High Values not 6 and I was able to change 6 of them to also include High Value along with Semi Imperf instead of Piture.

Hopefully these word changes will attracted more traffic.

The other underlining problem is they are Buy It Now listing and not Auction style listing. This makes a huge difference I have found for listing stamps on ebay.

Interesting experiment, KGV.

I probably would have gone with "straight edge" -- no wonder I can't sell anything

I would use the words "International post" in your listing. I know that bulk lots with those words always sell for outrageous prices!

Hi Ryan

International Post stamps in Australia are marked that way so no GST tax goes on these stamps. They are an Australian stamp all unto themselves. We can not call normal Australia stamp International Post stamps. It is all a very confusing mess that Australia Post has got us in.

Listing that have semi imperf and high value have visits of 8 to 12 which is very high rate.

Most of the others listings are 3 to 7 visits.

All in 24hrs but no sales.

This marketing idea is working to the max for us and hopefully it will get stronger.

Started listing some of the P stamps in other stamp categories as well e.g. international stamps and high value listing strings.

Got close to 75% sold on P stamps this week. Even 30% and I would be very happy.
