What is your go-to paper for making your own album pages? I figure I might as well start off on the right foot for once in my life! I am really drawn to the cream-colored paper that has a linen look but I don't know if it's the best. What are your experiences? And pictures are VERY welcome!!

I use Mystic's GS531 because I like the border, started with it years ago and want to be consistent and its reasonably priced. |

@apastuzak - awesome thanks! I did a couple of searches but either didn't get back what I wanted or got 10 pages! |

I really wish that the forum would "sticky" some threads to make them easier to find. There was another thread called "Ink, Ink, Ink" that went along with that one. |

I am still experimenting with papers. I started off with plain white paper (archival paper doesn't matter as much to me because I mount my stamps in archival mounts). I now see plain white paper as ugly, and prefer beige Granite or other lightly, but varied color pattern. Because I use black backed mounts, there is not as much a need for the background paper to show off the stamp. Some of the albums I started with white paper will have to stay that way, but my new collections do feature the granite papers I am beginning to prefre. |

Hi to all
I was in my local supermarket and I found five packets of Tudor Parchment Natural A4 110gsm each has fifty sheets, so that is 250 sheets that I have for making pages. They cost me a $1.00 a pack, probably they were not good sellers, but with stamps mounted in black hawid mounts they look fantastic. Only problem is when I run out, I will have to pay full price some-where else. Horamakhet |
