I can't find it in the catalog, can someone assist? I assume it is for a colony, but can't find it (another case of catalog blindness no doubt).

Cheers,
Smauggie

smauggie,
According to my old STOW, it is France, one of the three 1919 surcharges, cat no SG515b, 1/2 c on 1c brown. Valued at 50p used in 1989!
Hope this helps...

Thanks smauggie. I do use the on-line version on occasion, but I prefer hunting through books for most enquiries. Just old-fashioned I guess..!
