Ok my friends (aka experts)! I am wondering how you would classify these two stamps as far as condition?
One of the stamps is "almost" fully gummed, and the other is fully gummed, BUT hinged.
Are they still considered mint?
Look at those pretty watermarks!

They are both mint but....... The one on the left is creased pretty bad and the one on the right is hinged! Peter.

The presence of a hinge has nothing do with Mint or Used. It usually affects price, and it affects the proper description.
