I am always on the lookout for varieties and I think this might be a Scott 30b-iii blue grey with the pawnbroker variety

I don't see the 3 balls to the right of the 15 in the right side value tablet, so it isn't the pawnbroker variety.

Thanks for the input BlackJag. I do see 3 dots in the general area. I looked at some pictures of the variety on the net and the position of the dots do vary a little. The ones I see on mine are closer to the frame on the right side of the 15 than the ones I have seen. I'll get a better scan of the area when I get home tonight.

Ok, here is a better close-up scan of the area. I'm a bit puzzled. There is clearly at least one spot of ink there. Would be sort of a balloon flaw then ?

I'm not sure what you have.

Other than a spot in the general location, it doesn't appear to match the sample I showed.

However, I'm far from knowledgible on the subject and don't know if all Pawnbrokers look the same or not.

Perhaps someone else can add to this topic,
