I was at an estate sale today and picked this up. Believe it or not, it was mixed in with 78rpm records... Anyway, I am unsure about whether they are stamps or stickers? I don't see it being a stamp because there is no monetary value on it, but maybe someone would know what these are? I have a whole sheet of them...They came on the back of a book of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. I have not been able to find anything. Thanks
