Hi,

I am very new to stamp collecting and came across these stamps. They were from a collection of military bringbacks from WW2 in Europe and the occupation that took place after. Do I have anything of importance here? Here's the link to the pictures...

Thanks,
Phil

I can't speak on the Belgium Stamps with the Lions but the other 3 (2 Great Britain & 1 Belgium ) are very common and worth only a few cents each. Remember that during the 1940's the method of communication for everyone was to mail a letter. Due to this Millions of these stamps were issued.

Nothing worth over 5c, sorry. U.S. soldiers "liberated" untold millions of Hitler head (German) stamps in the spring and summer of 1945. Many heirs still believe they are worth a fortune, but in Scott, nearly all are "minimum," and readily available for 10c each, or less; semi-postals, a different story, especially fresh MNH copies, or usage on genuine letters with attributed cancels (not remainders).

Thanks for the replies! I didn't think they were valuable, but then again you never know until you get something checked out. Thanks again
