Would just like to say 2 things about Argentina:

1. The varieties are enough to make you want to jump out a window. The listed varieties and watermarks make your head spin, and the unlisted color varieties, plate flaws, etc. are out of control!

2. Eva Peron is probably one of the most beautiful women to grace a postage stamp - So that eases the misery...

I dread Argentina watermarks, and Brazil and Mexico.

Mexico watermarks are a snap compared to Argentina and Brazil

I am astonished nobody mentioned the "ministeriales" - another boulder in the way of building a nice collection.

ministeriales is the Spanish word for departmentals.

Or it might be a Spanish curse word. Not sure.

Ministeriales for a philatelist can be a curse, but is is not a Spanish curse word.
Argentina stamps of the years 1911 until 1926 were used by 8 ministries which had to make an overprint with their initials - those stamps are officials.
The initials are: M.A., M.G., M.H., M.I., M.J.I., M.M., M.O.P., M.R.C.
Do you want me to search for my dictionary of Spanish?
