scotzm - nice translation. I cannot make any sense out of the signature either. M..iscka & C...?
The problem is that the writer did not use pure Sütterlin, but mixed in some "traditional" (or modern if you like) handwriting as well. For instance "Hongkong" is not written in Sütterlin and there are more instances where two styles collide.
Only one remark with regard to the translation. I think it says "In" and not "Zur". Also interesting that you transcribed the word for answer / reply as "Erwiderung" which is the current German spelling, while it is written here in the old spelling: "Erwiederung".

Good call on "Erwiederung"... I put a modern slant on an old word.
It is important to get it right if writing up a cover.
