i collect German colony over 15 years, and I have never seen this strange print.
It thing it is no fake or reprint because in all literature it hasnt been mentioned that exist fake for this stamps.

If there are some expert in this field on this forum let me give his opinion about that.

i have complet set 5 to 80 cents in this print for Kamerun, New Guinea and Marshall Island, all MNH no watermark

It looks like a poorly executed forgery to me. I hope you didn't pay too much for them.

Yes it is like to me also like fake, but I have thosands and thousands Hohenzollern stamp, (complet collection, awarded on show) and never see that stamps. Because that I buy that for BPP certificater and he also doesent know about that.

Some information I have it is rare privat edition from Hamburg Germany,(1902) and made only 100 sets from each country.

if any have other information let us know

It's a Type 1 forgery, characterized by:

1. Line perf instead of comb
2. Thick and indistinct type
3. The top of the funnel is misshapen, is missing the horizontal white line, and has only one complete vertical white line instead of two
4. There is no space between the flag and the mast, and the cross on the flag is misshapen
5. The main mast isn't two distinct lines

I see one more very obvious distinction: the ornaments before and after the word "Kamerun" are of different shape.
