Sorry for the title of this topic but I couldn't think of another way to wish all Canadian collectors a HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEKEND. I do hope everyone has their favourite friends and family nearby to celebrate and give thanks.

Why doesn't Canada have a stamp to celebrate this occasion?

To our friends south of the border, enjoy Columbus day!

Think I showed this one some time ago here on the forum, but what the heck. Cuba turkey. OK, it's a Christmas stamp, but the bird doesn't know the difference. For him it's the season to go on a diet!

Happy Thanksgiving, Canada!

Puzzler,

Turkey vulture, I like it. Lots of them around here in South Florida.

Hope you enjoy a real turkey day. Ray

Thanks Raywrio for the name and greetings.
I was wondering where all the bird's feathers had gone to.

Between the Cuban and the Canadian stamp, I think I will have to tip my hat to the Cuban one. The painting on the Canadian one is ridiculous.

The Canadian one is not a Turkey, but a rooster
