Are these stamps or just some sort of school boy wish-list printed stuff? They have been around in the collection for over 30 years:

Top row

Middle row

Bottom row

For the purposes of identification there are 3 rows: 6 in the top (T), 5 in the middle(M) and 6 in the bottom(B).

T1 is on very fine paper
T2 I think it's a stamp
T3,4,5,6, M 1 to 6 and B1,2,3,4 have no gum and seem to be printed on the same sort of paper.
B5 and B6 may be stamps.

Well there you go. Do I treasure them or use them to light the fire - You decide...

Thank You

Marvin

I quite like it down here

Several of these are from Lithuania (Litwa), and they are stamps.

The very last one B6 is a Polish charity label.

Some of the other imperforate stamps may be newspaper stamps from various countries... I can't see too much detail these days.

Row 3
Stamp 1 Polish Occupation of Central Lithuania - 'postage due' this time
Stamps 2, 3 and 4 ditto but postal
Stamp5 is probably a Polish charity label. It says 'Help the Children'.

The last stamp says 'For Education' and like scotzm I assume it is a charity label. But the date of 3rd of May 1951 makes me wonder if there is some political undertone here. Up till 1950 the 3rd of May was a public holiday. Then in 1951 the government removed it from the holiday list. I wonder if someone here is making a subtle political statement - hey, lads, remember that 3rd of May used to be a traditional nationalist holiday. Now the government want us to forget it. But let's not!
