A member of a stamp club that I am a member of asked about how one could have a stamp expertized from one of the private posts that existed in Germany in the late 1800's. I've looked on the web site of the German BPP and on that of the AIEP, but neither lists anyone who expertizes these old German private post stamps. Any suggestions?
