Hi All,

I recently returned from a trip to Spain and acquired a couple additions for my collection. Enjoy!

1851 Isabel II (Edifil #7)

1938 Correo Submarino (Edifil #781)

Regards,
Robert

That's a very nice copy of the 12c of 1851! Congratulations. I've always wanted one of those submarine souvenir sheets, just never could pull the trigger. Nice.

Did you get them at a stamp shop, or auction?

Hi Spain_1850,

Yeah, I figured you would appreciate the nice condition of the 12 C. It almost looked too good to be true, but fortunately it came with a Comex certificate, subduing any of my doubts. The submarine souvenir sheet was a big favorite of mine since I was a little kid.

Both stamps came from Filatelia Arias, which was my grandfather's favorite stamp shop at the Plaza Mayor.

Regards,
Robert
