This stamp is recorded as Deep Blue and Brown but one of the 4 I have is Deep Blue and Black, is this variant recorded by Scott or SSG. I have an old 1978 SG British Commonwealth catalogue but it is not referenced. Please see attached images.

According to Gibbons, this couldn't be from the 1927-30 set because the Afrikaans is SUID-AFRIKA, with the hyphen. It appears to be either from the 1933-48 set, SG 62, which is still described as 'brown and chalky-blue (shades)', with the used single priced at 20p in the 2014 Part 1, or from the 1947-54 set, probably SG 120a, which is described as 'blackish-brown and ultramarine', 15p in 2014.
