Does anyone have information or ideas on this stamp? I think it is from the Sage/Peace & Commerece series. I have found many examples of type I & type II online but I can't find any information about imperforated ones. Due to the cancel on it, I can't quite figure out what the number figure is either. :)

Agree it is postal stationary. I think the cancel is Igny, Seine et Oise.
