Hi to all,
I have posted one of these stamps previously, but while sorting through the Spanish stamps from the Republic Era, I noticed the first three stamps have varieties. Are they common. The last one is a nice mint example of an airmail stamp from the same era.
Regards

Hello

I am not sure of the varities, perhaps misperforations? Misperfs?

Is engraving mistakes, then those types of errors or varieties are usually recorded, perhaps in the Edfil catalogue, and are of more value and worthwhile to look up and check.

The misperfs are interesting and of some value to a Spanish error collector. I like Canada or USA ones myself.

Lovely design of the airmail. I forget the name of the type of design, retro perhaps?

Hi Puzzler

If you look at the two stamps after the first misperf, you will notice that the "N" in Espanola is odd, and that in the 2nd last stamp, there is a strange mark in the centre of the "U" of Republic. Sorry I could not get a better scan.

These are how Spanish normal spellings are. república España = Spain Republic with accent to "u" and ~ over "n".

Nice stamp. The design you think of is "art deco"
