A valentine's day letter which I found inside this unremarkable cover (Newfoundland #105);Sort of fun to actually find a letter inside.

40 Drums of Codfish from Newfoundland to British West Indies!

Should I keep the letter and all or just the cover?

Any other comments?

Gilles, what exactly does one do with 40 100 year old drums of codfish. Wait, I don't want to know.

I would keep the letter and the envelope and mail the 40 drums of codfish to Gilles COD.

While the letter does not have any objective philatelic value I would definitely keep it for its charm and historical interest. I think most people would pay more for the cover with the letter, although they might not admit it openly.
