I need help identifying two cinderella stamps. I believe they are both Bulgarian.

The scans are not clear enough to say for definite, but they look very much like labels from Sheets or Souvenir Sheets of Bulgarian postage stamps.
They form part of a sheet as a gutter or as part of a souvenir or Minature sheet, quite a common practice, in East Europe especially.

Clearer scans would be cool.

LB1 is correct, these are Bulgarian labels. Using Scott catalog, they are from:

left -- Bulgaria #2594(26Jun1979) commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of the writer Todorov

right -- Bulgaria #2543(20Nov1978) commemorating the National Philatelic Exhibition (Bulgaria '78)
