Here's the strip of four for Ameripex 1986 (Scott 2201a)
The thing I find most interesting about these is the one on the right shows the Presidential series issued the same year.
Most of the time, stamps-on-stamps designs are used to showcase rare, old, and exotic stamps -- not contemporary issues.
