Hi, you may want to check the rules about selling and trading.

That looks to be a revenue stamp, so not in Scott.

If the cancel says January 1924, then that might explain why I didn't spot it in Forbin (which ends around 1914). Forbin doesn't picture everything, though, so I might have missed it.

There are a couple specialized catalogues of revenue stamps of Peru, but I don't have them.

The inscription "Compania Recaudadora de Impuestos" indicates that this revenue stamp was used for the government collection of taxes for businesses.
