I picked up a very large lot of stamps; many are on album pages but do not have the associated binders. Among them are a sizable amount of these hinge-less pages. Can someone tell me the name/manufacturer of these pages?
Thank you very much in advance!

SAFE
http://www.safepub.com/

I looked into those a while back when I was choosing a hingeless US album. Very nice, very expensive.

Well doh, I saw the 'Safe' but assumed that was just a 'model' name of another manufacturer.
Thank you for the input.

Safe has fallen out of favor with many collectors because of the mount design.

The plastic "mounts" are difficult to use, distort and/or tear easily, and often allow stamps to fall down below the viewing window. For those who have never used Safe pages, the "mounts" are actually flats panes of plastic, glued in-between sheets of paper, with an opening at the top to slide stamps into place. You can't pull the mount opening away from the paper!

Once the adhesive starts to deteriorate, the stamps slide down below the "mounts".

I don't recommend using these pages ...

The main problem is that you can't fit a stamp with tab. I own one, I like the binder (top quality) and pages but I hate the mounts.

I found this picture in an auction lot and I thought I'd post it just for reference. Look at the two stampsnear the middle of the page - they are sliding in-between the pieces of paper that make up the page. Thsi issue is really common with SAFE albums.

I have a 'Safe' Upper Silesia album that came with the collection I bought. It's VERY difficult taking stamps out of the pockets, they are in so tight, quite easy to damage the stamp.
