Those marks are the plate crack. This is the Railroad Tracks variety at position A31 listed as Scott 4ix as Cracked Plate at LR in Unitrade. Those big lines at the lower right are actually the crack marks. And they extend down to the next stamp below at position 41. I have seen that copy before. The marks are not as long but definitely there.
