I think this is one, but would like confirmation. SG 192a?

The Dot just above the "O" in "One" is a little fuzzy and may be just cancellation residue.

Parttime,
The blob thing above the 'ONE' looks, right now, to be part of a second strike of a CDS cancel, or part of the date or numbers within a first cancel / postmark. The colour does not match the stamp's colour.

Perhaps a higher resolution scan, say at 600 dpi and then reduced down a tad in file size by SC's photo resizer program, would show the colours more clearly?

The upward nobs or juts above the 'N' and 'E' of the ONE, and the 'N' of the SHILLING are interesting also, as the ink pulls or drags in that area are all pulled downwards and these nobs or serif extensions are upwards of the letters.

The lower serifs of the 'N' are also worthy of investigation and consideration, or at least of comparison to other stamps.

Nice stamp overall, but perhaps rubbed or soaked a bit to remove the so-called marring cancellation(s) by a previous owner?

edit: typos.

What is a roller flaw, by the way? Is it like an ink pull or ink drag?

For engraving mistakes or re-entries perhaps (just an amateur I am, perhaps the upper finials or swirls and lower ones would be interesting also.

The upper left finial has only two curved lines while the right hand side one has three lines present, or indeed a fully drawn on finished burr or reflection to the finial.

The lower left finial has a round dot within it, while the right hand side one has upwards lines drawn.

Perhaps these upwards lines on the right hand side are a style of the KGV era stamps where that side of stamps seemed to have an uplifting to the upwards right so as to leave the impression of a good feeling and that your post through the mails (and mythical ethers?) is indeed on it's way?

The dot over the 'O' certainly looks like the illustration of the flaw in Gibbons - cat. £11 used in the 2014 book.

That is what I thought, hence the question. I'll try and do some better scans in the upcoming days and compare with my other examples. Thanks for the help so far.

I overlaid a "good" stamp on top of my questionable item. I realize that this is only an £11 problem, but thought it was interesting anyway. There are a few things of note, if you look carefully. The very curved serifs are still quite visible.

That's interesting to see also.

The originally shown stamp has more of the engraving mishaps than the second stamp shown on the serifs of most of the letters of ONE SHILLING.

Perhaps the engraving was at the end of the day or week or near llunch hour on that stamp that has the dot over the O also? Who knows?

Easier to plate and ascertain anyway.
Thanks for showing.

Roller Die flaws exist as there was damage to the Die when it was being rolled onto to the plate and succeeding entries from the Die are impressed from the damaged Die onto the plate. The damage to the Roller Die often changes due to more damage as the impressions are laid down and the various positions show different stages of the damage,
