Hi..WOW..I am having trouble figuring out the perforations on these coil stamps..they are all over the place..Maybe some one can set me straight...Look at the picture...it goes from "A" to "Q"..the info is how many peaks I count on top and bottom of each stamp...Any help would be appreciated...Thanks.

A = 9
B = 10
C = 11
D = 11
E = 10
F = 10
G = 11
H = 9
I = 10
J = 10
K = 10
L = 9
M = 10
N = 11
O = 10
P = 10
Q = 10

You are correct--the die cuts are all over the place.
