China is very popular and so are many issues including earlier ones. There are over 10 million stamp collectors in China. Some of those inflation issues issued after WWII, but before China became communist were issued at around 6 million stamps. These used to be found in stamp packets since dealers used to be able to easily get them in sheets in the past. However, statistics now show that there is not enough of them for every Chinese collector to have, especially those who may want to have earlier Chinese stamps. Printers waste is usually sought after by those who specialize in a stamp issue.
