Good afternoon, everybody. The question arose overprinted "Postage Due", as well as 4 cents "postage & revenue". Could not find in catalogue of these stamps. Could you help with identification? Thank you!

My very old Stanley Gibbons, lists the first stamp as Postage due "D-12" (1897) and the second one as "# 31" (1889).

Hello ,

I was also looking into your question and Cursus is right about your second stamp but your first stamp could also be another d number i'm looking at the Commonwealth & British Empire stamps 1840-1952 Catalogue (Stanley Gibbons ,edition 2007)

it's listed as number D-16(37) in my catalogue

cheers,Eric

In the 2014 Gibbons Part 1, the Due stamp appears to be either SG D16 (perf 14½-15) or SG D16a (perf 13½-14).

The second stamp is now SG 40. Gibbons note that there are many forgeries.
