Does anyone know if there is a market for old stamp collecting books? I have found 6 so far and they are all softcover and in very good condition. They are listed below:
The Standard Guide to Stamp Collecting -- copyright 1928-31 publisher -- scott stamp & coin co. new york
United States, British North America and Better Grade Foreign Stamps -- -- no copyright listed -- published by H. E. Harris & Co. -- u.s.list no.11
Scott's Complete Price List - no. 133 -- copyright 1933
...Price List... -- no copyright -- inside page says (and no it's not a typo) We Sell Scott-Seald Packets of Genuine Stamps Only -- to help date it there is an advertisement for Scott's Luxor Stamp Hinges 1000 Luxor hinges for 20 cents, 1000 Superior hinges for 10 cents
Stuff like yours is always listed on e-bay! I am not saying that the exact titles are necessarily listed, but old books about stamps, yes! Of course, you can always check with places like Abe books!
