I believe these are cut from Great Britain postal cards. I do not have a catalog that lists them. Are there Scott numbers for these as with U.S. postal cards?

Yes, these are cut out from British Post Office postcards.

The first stamp is from a postcard first issued in 1892.

There were three dies used for the design of the other two stamps.

The second stamp is die II which was used on various cards first issued between 1888 and 1899. It was postmarked in Rickmansworth.

The third stamp is die I which was used on various cards first issued between 1878 and 1883.

Excellent, thank you. Could you recommend a good publication or web site for British 'back of book' type stuff?
