Hi Everyone,
I am trying to find out what country this stamp is from, the date, etc. It has a great scene, looks like two guys in a fox hole? And also, I wonder what the overprint reads? Thank you,

Turkey 1917 Soldiers in Trench Scott #545A 5pa on 1pi red. Also see #548A where you will see #545A surcharged 2pa on 5pa on 1pi red in the Scott 2014 Classic Specialized Catalogue. Your top stamp is the surcharge version.

You are entirely correct. Volksabstimmung = Plebiscite. Karnten = Carinthia. Propaganda/fundraising label by the Austrian area ahead of the 1920 plebiscite on whether to join Austria or the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (Yugoslavia).

Thank you very much, Bamra1. Fundraising explains the value tablet of 10 Kr.
Dashed if I could find any reference to it, or images anywhere.
Members please assist, if you find any others that may be in the set.
I have written to the Austrian Collectors Club.

Note to self : That fiendish German Typface, I always mistake the "V" for a "D"

The Vignette appears to be the Church at Heilingenblut.

In appreciation to the Austrian Philatelic Society

Our Librarian has looked in "Briefmarkenaustellung 1000 Jahre selbständiges Herzogtum Kärnten" published in 1976 and says:

Yes, it is one of a set of three depicting Heiligenblut - each comes in two varieties that relate to the value tablet - thinner number with point or thicker number without point. There are also differences in the shades of blue. Produced by the Austrians for the Carinthia plebiscite in 1920.
