I can help with a few.

In the third row #1 is a German Democratic Republic (East Germany) 10 pf official stamp from 1954(O4 - $13.50/$0.20) showing the Arms of the Republic.

In the third row #3,4,5 and 6 are part of a long running set from 1953 to 1955 or so. # 3 is a 50 pf Launching Boat (A230 - $6.25/$0.20); #4 is a 40 p Zwinger Castle (A229 - 3.75/.20); #5 is a 70 pf Dove & Family (A230A - 8.50/.20); and # 6 is a 30 pf Dancing Couple (either A165 - 4.75/.20 or A 198 - 3.25/.20 : I can't tell from the scan)

GO, those German stamps had two different types of backgrounds. If you look closely at them, you will see the background is either made from small dots or from vertical lines. The green one with the dividers on, you can tell the difference, because the cross bar on the dividers extends past the leg in different directions.

Greg and Steve identified the East German stamps and I've included them in this complete list. However I could be wrong but I think the 30pf, 40pf, 50pf and 70pf stamps are the later ones from 1959-60, because the 1953 versions should have the imprint "E. Gruner K. Wolf.", which I can't see on these.

The 13.50 is the value if it is unused (and in top shape) while the 0.20 is the value if it has been used (cancelled).
