Here is a Canada Post item I found in a stash of items. It is a peel and stick label. Looks like it had prepaid postage on it (?) and
a place for the location code to be entered (?). It looks festive for Christmas time. ANy ideas as to what it is and when it came out? Thanks.

That is a "Stick 'N Tick" label. There were two produced - as an experimental exercise as part of the phase-in of Canada's postal codes. This is the first. It was used only in Winnipeg in 1983. Canada Specialized has this listed as "1-ST."
